Getting to know you is important to me. We will schedule a time to meet either over video-chat or in-person so I can learn more about you and your big day! I’ll learn what’s most important to you and craft a package to ensure your photo experience is exactly what you want. These calls are a short 10-20 minutes and make the rest of the process go much smoother.
01) bridal consult
The booking process is simple! A proposal, contract, and invoice will be sent to your email. It's so simple, you can even complete it on your phone! I require a 30% retainer to reserve your wedding date or portrait session on my calendar.
02) Reserve your date
This is one of my favorite parts...time for you two to have your connection captured while I get to know you two better so I can capture your big day seamlessly! I believe that you deserve to feel cared for by everyone who is at your wedding, including the vendors. The engagement session acts as an ice breaker which means by the time I show up on the day of, there will be less posing and more comfort in front of the camera.
03) engagement session
About a week or two before your big day, I will reach out to either you or your wedding planner over the phone to review your final wedding timeline and details. I am accustomed to working with your vendors to create an experience that lets you enjoy your day while we take care of all the rest.
04) final details
It’s here! All you have to do is relax and enjoy it. While you are soaking up every moment with your honey, I will be right there, capturing each moment for you to relive for years to come!

HOW SOON SHOULD I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?
It’s never too soon to inquire, but your best bet is to have your wedding date locked down with a venue to ensure I am available! However, I am only currently booking 2023 + 2024 weddings. You can reach out about 2025 weddings (and later) starting early 2024.
DO YOU SHOOT INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, absolutely! My camera has taken me to London, Paris, and beyond. While I love shooting international weddings, I do take on a very limited number a year, so reach out soon to make sure we can get yours on the calendar because I'd love to be there.
DO I GET ALL THE IMAGES FROM MY WEDDING?
I carefully curate your wedding day images to tell a complete story of your wedding day. You can rest assured that each image you receive is the very best of what was captured from your day. I won't leave any good ones out.
WE AREN'T PHOTOGENIC, CAN YOU REALLY MAKE US LOOK GOOD?
Yes! I probably hear this from 90% of the couples I photograph. Between my advice beforehand and prompts during our time together, I am confident you will not only look good, but you’ll also feel like modeling pros on your wedding day!
HOW DO YOU DELIVER OUR IMAGES?
I have a beautiful online gallery that makes downloading, sharing, and printing your photos a breeze! I will email you the link to the gallery when the photos are finished!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
You can expect to see your wedding images within 6 weeks after your event. My goal is always to get them back as soon as possible while still taking time to make sure the edits aren't rushed and the photos are perfect for you. Portrait sessions are available within 2-3 weeks after your session date.
WHAT IF I NEED MY PICTURES BACK SOONER THAN YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
I understand that sometimes your wedding timeline is crunched, so I am always willing to coordinate a way to get you pictures to print for your wedding day even if we do your formals the week before! I also offer sneak peeks for engagement sessions if you need images back soon for announcements!
WHAT TIME OF DAY SHOULD WE SCHEDULE THE SHOOT?
I am flexible but I will tell you the majority of my sessions are scheduled at either sunset or sunrise for the prettiest lighting.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE SURE MY IMAGES ARE SAFE?
Making sure your images are safe is of utmost importance to me. I have multiple backup systems in place including recording images to multiple SD cards, backing the images up to multiple hard drives immediately following our shoot, and not clearing any SD cards until the images are delivered! I am happy to report I have not lost anyones images in my 10 years of shooting experience!
